  We have had dinner at this establishment twice with friends and both times the host has made us feel very welcome. The food is wonderful and the setting is very nice.

  We had a very nice meal however somewhat spoilt when I looked at the bill on the way home. This place is BYO so I took a bottle of wine and cider. When I looked at the bill there were 2 x "corkage" at $3.00 each . Thats fine if they actually serve your wine to you but they didn't. I had a cooler pack next to me and we poured our own. They never even offered to pour for us or refrigerate it. $276 for 4 people and they do that.

  It's been a while since we dined at "Chez deux Amis" restaurant and our expectations where high. Once again we chose from the Entree, main meal , dessert and coffee. It exceeded all of our expectations with every dish being an absolute delight. We where pleased to meet the Chef who informed us about the meals we where eating and this was a nice personal touch to our excellent meal. WITHOUT HESITATION, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  Appalling to travel especially from Albany to dine, had booked on Tues by phone, for dinner Friday, only to arrive to the entire place in darkness and closed!!! A phone call informed us that the chef could return in 25 minutes but we were too annoyed to wait around.

  I must say the food was great and the service was good but the whole experience was soured for only $6.00.
